The fact that these guys have to practice these stunts during working hours in front of each other & totally straight.
I often wonder, how this idea first started?

I was watching Star Treek, The First Contact.
The charcters were listening to what was happening in a battle that they had been ordered not to go to. The good guies were being beaten really bad by the Borg (really sckary villin).
The captan says to go to where the battle is. He tells the crew that if they object he will mention it in his log so they woulden't get in trouble. One of the charcters says, "Captan, I think I speak for everyone here when I say, hell with our orders."
