it is better to go to a nice hair stylist and ask her to give u razor cut layers , it will add body and lots of movement in your hair that make them look healthy and full of body, you can always curls those layers to make them look more vibrant

sorry, not sure what you are asking here! If you are asking about perming the hair, it will ruin the structure until that hair has grown and been cut away. You can curl your hair with curlers, but what is bunch?
