You're depressed. It happens to the best of us. Call a doctor or if you go to school, see a counselor or medical worker there.

Thinking about death and suicide is common when you're depressed. Sometimes feelings lead you to believe that life isn't worth living. This is a symptom of depression and just because you feel hopeless doesn't mean that the situation is. You can get better if you seek help. Everyone deserves to be happy. However, it's not something that you can just get over; it needs a lot of time and effort. Don't blame yourself or let others blame you for not being able to 'change overnight.'

It takes a long time to change, that's why you can't do it overnight. We always want to quickly resolve problems in our lives but rarely can we effectively do this. So you have hurt many friends and loved ones? You don't mention how so it's hard for me to advise on what to do. But you might want to start with "I'm sorry," That can heal so much between people. Then try not to hurt them in the future. It's not asking too much to want happiness, it's what we all want. But life has problems and stress. The way to cope is by talking to someone. Find a church and make some friends there and talk to the pastor. If you don't feel comfortable at church, find a therapist. It's going to take time to work through your feelings. And don't worry about helping others and yourself when you can't do so right now. Take care of yourself and get it together first. Then you'll be in a position to offer help. The blind can't lead the blind. I know it's easy to consider suicide as an easy way out. But the havoc it leaves behind is unimagineable. It's not the person whos dead who suffers. It's those loved ones you'll leave behind. You'll be sentencing them to mourn over you forever. It's selfish to tear someone's heart out like that. Be a fighter. Most problems, with enough time and effort can be resolved. The trick is to not throw in the towel. When a person is overly stressed and their burdon becomes tormenting, I know suicide seems like an easy way out. It's not that you really want to die, you just want the pain to stop. So, do those things that will stop it. Get some help by a good therapist, rabbi, priest, pastor, school councilor, best friend or relative. Also, go to the library and check out some books on coping with stress and depression. Learning why you feel the way you do is half the battle. You can't fix it if you don't know what's broken. Good luck to you, please hang in there. It will get better.

I suggest at first you do something that will lose your energy like running, climbing a mountain... when you are very tired, you`ll will have something like mystical moment, and you will find the answers you are looking for. Then you must find your spiritual path.
