I'm a pagan parent/grandparent. I've listed some parenting sites below for you to peruse.
While I am not big on the internet as a vehicle for ritual/spellwork, if you have any questions or just want to correspond, feel free to contact me.
Many blessings on your path.

Hi there,
Can't help much with the parenting aspect as I am childfree, but you have a number of options for networking in general.
http://www.witchvox.com has already been mentioned, and for good reason--the Witches of the World section lists a bunch of pagans in your area. You can also go to http://groups.yahoo.com and http://www.meetup.com and search for pagan groups in your region (or just in general). Finally, I'm a huge fan of blogging, particularly on http://www.livejournal.com which has a lot of good pagan communities on it.
You might want to be more specific about what your goals are, though; what you have there is rather vague, and sounds a little on the fluffy side. Just go in looking for folks to talk to, and let the rest happen on its own.
Good luck :)

I can't say I am familiar with any sites for Pagan or Wiccan kids but I know the book "Circle Round" has some good tips for raising kids in the tradition. If you are looking for other Wiccans in your area to do rituals with I would suggest looking on witchvox.com as that is a good site for finding others of our beliefs. As for sharing information online you can feel free to email me and I will try to reply when I can.
Blessed Be )O(

As to sharing knowledge, there are a number of online sources, and some are better than others. I suggest you do a yahoo groups search under "Pagan" to start.
There is a Pagan parenting yahoo group that I know of (but do not belong to):
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/pagan_parenting/
There are also a number of books on Pagan parenting, and some books specifically for kids:
http://paganwiccan.about.com/od/parenting/tp/kidsbooks.htm
On a personal note, I highly recommend (for any child) the book "In God's Name" by Sandy Eisenberg Sasso as a good beginning in developing inter-relligious understanding.
I'd like to suggest you reconsider the idea of ritual work online. When you work with others, you join your energies to theirs, and this is best with people whom you know in person and trust implicitly. Start with Witchvox to find some sort of social meetings in your area or open rituals you can attend to meet people. A lot of groups have "meets" or "moots" or "Pagans night out" social events that you can attend to meet folks in your area. And attending open rituals will give you a feelling for the "flavor" of a group's energy.
Do you know, at this point, what kind of group you want to join with? Are you looking for a child-friendly group? A feminist group? A structured-ritual group, an "organic", spontaneous group?
Feel free to email me privately and I'll do my best to point you toward what you're looking for.

I do energy work but am not pagan. I give no allegiance to any god or godess as they are really beings created by a group consciousness(like an energy co-op), so I have no need to invoke their help. We have the abilities in ourselves to accomplish things. The powers must be used for the right purpose though and not misused.

No I don't think so, we have moved on from paganism, whether that was a good move I don't know. I find the Christian religion a little hard to swallow in its present form. The whole thing of someone being raised from the dead I find hard to believe but weaving spells leaves me even more anxious.
