It is mentioned in the Gospel of Mathew, Chapter 1 verse 1

What do you call a person who has two fathers? The explanation of the phrase that Jesus (pbuh) was the son of David (pbuh), is that Jesus (pbuh) was a descendant of David (pbuh). ‘Son’, here means a descendant
According to the Bible every righteous person who follows the Commandments of God is referred to as son of God.
In the Bible, God has sons by the tons.

JESUS (PBUH) IS THE BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD
The Christians agree with the reasoning but say that "but Jesus was not like that". Adam was made by God, every living thing was made by God, but Jesus (pbuh) was the begotten son of God, begotten not made". And the Christians quote from the Gospel of John, Chapter 3 verse 16.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
MEANING OF THE WORD ‘BEGOTTEN’
When asked the meaning of the word ‘begotten’ the Christian will rarely be able to explain. Begotten means to beget i.e. to procreate. Begetting is an animal act belonging to the animal function of sex. How can we attribute such a lowly function to God.
THE WORD ‘BEGOTTEN’ IS AN INTERPOLATION
The word ‘begotten’ mentioned in the Gospel of John, Chapter 3 verse 16 has been thrown out from the Revised Standard Version of the Bible as an interpolation, as a fabrication. The Revised Standard Version has been revised by 32 Christian Scholars of the highest eminence, backed by 50 different co-operating denominations. These Scholars have removed this blasphemous word without any ceremony as an interpolation, concoction, fabrication, and adulteration.
THE QUR’AN SAYS THAT ALLAH DOES NOT BEGET
a. The Qur’an mentions in Surah Maryam, Chapter 19 verse 88 to 92
"They say: ‘(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!’
Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous!
As if the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin.
That they should invoke a son for (Allah) Most Gracious.
For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son.’"[Al-Qur’an 19:88-92]
b. The Qur’an furthers says in Surah Ikhlas, Chapter 112 verse 1-3
"Say: ‘He is Allah, the One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten’"

Adam was not birthed. God miraculously made him from mud. No sexual organs required Just know how and technology or magic-depending on your inclinations. Something like us cooking up life in the lab-we are still beginners at this. We would not strictly speaking be fathers to the virus. Jesus on the other hand or rather his birth involved sexual organs. He grew up in a uterus He was conceived by a female egg. (There is another miracle involved here seeing that the female egg can only produce female offspring-so god found a way of creating a male out of a female human egg. But something fertilized the egg. So that makes him a daddy.

Adam was the created son of God, not the begotten son of God. There is a difference.

Jesus was the first direct creation of God. Everything else came into being through him. While Adam was indeed a Son of God, Jesus is the only begotten Son.
