Christian will tell you that the difference is the Jesus was his begotten son. However God also called David his begotten son:
I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. (Psalms 2:7 [KJV])
Consider this if you are saying Jesus is the begotten son of God what are you implying God did? Something ungodly.

Jesus pbuh was only prophet and messenger of Allah. He was NOT son of man, Neither son of god.
We Muslims believe, that Jesus was one of the mightiest messengers of God that he was the Christ, that he was born miraculously without any male intervention (which many modern-day Christians do not believe today), that he gave life to the dead by God's permission and that he healed those born blind and the lepers by god's permission. In fact, no Muslim is a Muslim if he or she does not believe in Jesus!

It was clear in the following, he was a prophet.
Mark Chapter 6
4)Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his native place and among his own kin and in his own house."
15)Others were saying, "He is Elijah"; still others, "He is a prophet like any of the prophets."
John Chapter 9
17 They say unto the blind man again, What sayest thou of him, that he hath opened thine eyes? He said, He is a prophet.

I agree with you, people need to start doing thier own research instead of being a media puppet. the media only reveals what they want to & the bible is not the exact words from God to Jesus (Isa (as) ) , it has been changed by men .

How many human beings are described as 'monogenes' of God? That sounds a little special if you ask me.
