Kenwood wiring: Yellow permanent live, red ignition live, black earth, blue white is an output for an electric aerial I'm not sure about the orange white. The brown is for mute if connected to a carphone

Okay, here's what i'd do, i'd go to the head unit's website and verify the diagram. Next, i'd hope they'd have a harness that converts the vehicle's stock harness to a kenwood. If that doesn't work, get a tester to verify what wires(your vehicle), you are connecting to the head unit. One word of advice, don't connect a +12v on any of the wires that don't have a solid color yet, mainly because those wires are more likely accesories or features. At leased not yet. And one more thing, you said you blew about 3 fuses, um install it on to another car to see if it still works. Hope you have it installed.

Go to the Kenwood site for customer service contact information. Someone can probably send you a schematic or give you detailed instructions. Otherwise, they can refer you to someone in your area that can help you. Good luck.
