I think they sell something call build up in chemists. My boyfriend tried it before because he feels like he's too thin. Although I actually do like men to be thin. But anyway, go into a chemists and they usually sell lots of things that you can put in drinks that will put weight on for you. You don't need to eat much then either.

Go to the gym. Use heavy weight. More weight and less reps. You need to put on muscle. Eat at least 4 small meals a day with alot of protien. Eating 4 times a day will get your metabolism running faster and your body will use more nutrients. And make sure you eat healthy foods. If you eat junk food 4 times a day you will gain weight but it will be fat. And you can't control where you want the fat to be.

Of course you do not have to just eat a lot of junk to gain weight..it will work, but you will not be healthy. Try one of two options...accept the weight you are now, or get to the gym. Doing resistance exercise builds the body. This will also get your appetite going as too. You body will want more fuel as you demand more from it.

1) Try eating small meals, but more frequently (5-7).

2) Do some exercises!!!!!!!!!!!! Yup, no joke this will boost your appetite.

3) Good luck :D
