Of course it is possible and advisable. Just follow a sensible diet and get more exercise...speed walking or resistance exercise or both. You can drink too water, but I am not sure of the amount. 2 liters sounds like a good amount.

You should only drink up to 2l per day, this doesn't include coffee, tea or fizzy drinks. You can however substitute a glass of water or two for a fruit juice. But too much fruit juice is also unhealthy. If you eat a lot at one helping then you should cut down the portion. Rather eating 3 meals a day eat 5 meals a day. This means a healthy breakfast. Between breakfast and lunch have a small healthy snack like a sandwich or a fruit. Have lunch. Then the same between lunch and supper and then supper. This way you will avoid feeling extremely hungry as you are eating through out the day. But whatever you do remember that the faster you lose weight the faster will gain it again. Its also healthier to lose weight slowly as this is a major change to the body. Also don't forget the exercise.

You can drink up to a gallon a water a day. People often think losing weight is a difficult/impossible thing to do. And honestly it is, However, it is about your attitude about changing your lifestyle, bad eating habits, and having a little love for yourself.

Although, it's very difficult to lose weight and to change the way sometimes we eat, it is also extremely difficult when we wake up and realized how much harm we had done to ourselves when we end up with so many different health issues.

these are a few things you can do:
I don't care what the question is, the answer is exercise.
tired? work out
over weight? work out
stressed ? work out
we can go on all day.. working out is extremely important, then comes changing our daily nutrition.
for example, eat six small meals a day...or if your schedule is on your way, at least eat four or five small meals and snacks like, fruit, nuts, and raw veggies.
drink plenty of water, before meals, during, and after.
don't drink your calories, try to stop drinking sodas, too much sugars, and too many fatty foods.
eat balanced meals: carbs, proteins, and good fats
read magazines, Internet, and nutrition books.
there is so much to say...there is so much we can do,
but the most important part of all of this is basically loving yourself a little.
If you want lose weight do it little by little and seek advice of others, do it for yourself...
Good luck!!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Up your protein so as that 18% of what you consume is protein, up your carbs somewhat, and top off on fruit and veg. 800 energy and day and all that workout isn't a weight-help plan, expensive. this is an ingesting disease. consult with a nutritionist approximately what you may desire to be ingesting so as to be healthful.
