In this context, a "yard" of concrete actually means a cubic yard, i.e., 3 ft x 3 ft x 3 ft, or 27 cubic feet.
Your pad would require 219 x (4" / 12") = 73 cubic feet of concrete, or 2.7 cubic yards.

219 sq feet 4 in thick = 73 cubic feet
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic ft
73/27 = 2.7 yards but you will have some waste and the readymix company will not furnish odd portions of a yard. therefore order 3 yards.

Wow - sorry to see you got so many different answers. That must be frustrating. I'm going to second the 2.7 yards answer and suggest ordering 3 yards. double check the 4" grade and be sure you have somewhere to get rid of any truck wash-out and left over concrete. You DON'T want to be short, because ordering back is really expensive and you have to order at least a yard. Good luck!

1 cubic yard of concrete = 27 ft3 = 1728 in3
219 sq ft = 2628 sq in
2628 x 4 = 10512 in3 = 6.083 cubic yards of concrete.
