how do you know if you are fat or not? is fattness just part of your inagination??? is it possible to be fat?????

I think that it is partly pyschological. People are comparing themselves to what they see on the tv and magazines ect. not how they feel personally. i think that no-one can say if your fat or if you feel healty then thats fine.

Damn, some people find fat guys a turn-on. Personally I trhink fatness is repulsive. Call nme shalllow, but skinny people look cute y'all!!

Check your body mass index - that should give you a good indication

Pl. check your BMR . BMR will decide that you are fat or not.
