I am not fat person neither am i thin. Fat stores up in my tummy and arm rather than all over. Help...

exercise is key cause without it, even if you diet only, you'll have a flat but flabby tummy. anything you do with your legs can give you a flatter tummy so try brisk walking, cycling, jogging and the like will help you get a flat and toned tum

Eliminate fatty foods from your diet and follow an exercise regimin that will tone your arms/belly.

try kickboxing or taebo, it works those muscles amazingly! Every part of the excercises work those two areas!
