wht is the expression that describes that when u start treating someone as something specific, they will start acting like it?

Or do you mean like an old saying? 'Give a dog a bad name and hang him' gets pretty close.

You may be referring to cybernetics. Start acting like you are happy even if you are not and then eventually you will feel happy.

Or are you referring to something medical? Like A person experiencing schizophrenia who is typically characterized as demonstrating disorganized thinking, and as experiencing delusions or hallucinations, in particular auditory hallucinations.[1]

Or what they call the "dissociative identity disorder", also known as multiple personality disorder or "split personality"; in popular culture the two are often confused. People with schizophrenia are generally not more violent or dangerous than other members of the population.
