Just cut the freezer burnt bit off and its ok .

Won't hurt you though the taste and texture may be off. If it's not too badly freezer burned, make some spicy chili. Freezer burn is only moisture loss.

no for the most part it should be good but just put everything in zip loc freezer bags and double bag it and you should be safe a long time
