If you have a credit card that has overdrafts you didn't make, you need to get that straightened out first. It's ruining your credit and you'll never be able to get another credit card or use the one you already have until you get that fixed.

If you didn't make the charges then you need to dispute them with the card company. Otherwise, you need to pay off that card.

It's pretty difficult to buy on line without a card. Some business accept checks or money orders but you will not get your stuff until that check or money order clears so it could take several weeks to receive your items.

There are also pre-paid or gift credit cards out there. Most banks sell them. You pay some amount of money and you get a Visa with that amount as the limit so you're basically paying before you charge. Be careful on those though. Check the terms of the card. Some of them charge a monthly maintenance fee. I think all of them charge a fee to buy the card but you don't want one that's going to charge every month or every transaction.

The best thing to do is pay off your arrears. Then the seller will accept your card. Without that I am afraid there is nothing else you can do, unless they accept a bank draft, or debit card, and your current account is in funds.

You have to pay off ALL of your overdrafts and any penality fees, too.
