Mocking men?
I have a hypothesis that average looking women mock men to see and test if they are trully preety or not, such as this girl in my chemistry lecture had her hands on her hips and moved past staring right at me for quite some time, I think she was mocking me so is this true, do you believe this

I don't think she was mocking you but she was definately trying to see if you were interested. Unfortunately that doesn't mean that she was interested in you. Women are always fishing for compliments.

I think she WAS mocking you, maybe she feels you were staring at her so she gave you a taste of your own medicine.
Just ignore her, she sounds like a **** anyway. If you want to get your own back, make out you want to date her, wait for her to fall for it, then break her heart. That'll teach her to take the piss out of you!
