The meaning of the word I know in both Spanish and Portuguese is "bruising" or "crushing". I have to say that I cannot see how this fits in with the lyrics of the Daddy Yankee song.

Machucando means more like when two things collide. Like when two cars crash into each other head on, that would be machucando. In the song Daddy Yankee talks about dancing with the girl, and machucando in this song means when their bodies are touching or bumping into each other while dancing, it's like a metaphor. I think your cuz may have heard you wrong, because chewing in spanish is "Masticando".
