I had a incident just like yours ...a Truck was tail-gaiting our car ..he was literally a few inches away from our bumper ... the driver was getting - understandably frustrated at being caught in a single lane 20 mph road works - there was no way he could get by me and the cars in front.. he started Peeping and weaving ..and I could see him waving his arms about ... I stuck my Phone out the window and video'd him and took & Pic and emailed it to his employer .. that shut him up..

i comprehend it extremely is 3 years in the past yet you're all incorrect. Police a) do no longer care b) can not so something without info. The DVLA do bugger all yet supply out the licences. The DSA in spite of the undeniable fact that, is the using standards enterprise. those adult men do each and every thing from pick the line Codes and choose what human beings ought to do to bypass their attempt. So ***** to them, then after a chain of lawsuits approximately one vehicle, can then difficulty a warning to them

The best thing to do is report it as it is going on to the police.Stick with the vehicle at a safe distance and let the police know where you are.

Ring the Old Bill. It's best to ring 999 from your mobile and report it in real time if you can. That way the operator may be caught in the act.

Just pop alomg to your local police stn and file a report. Don't hold your breath waiting for action though as it would come down to your word against his so CPS would never prosectute unless you have photographic or video evidence.

I THINK THE YOU CAN GET THE OWNER DETAILS OFF THE DVLA, THEN CONTACT THE COMPANY.

ALTERNATIVLY TELL THE LOCAL POLICE, WORCESTERSHIRE ARE HAVING A CLAMP DOWN. THE LAST PERON WHO DID THAT TO ME GOT HIS LICENCE REMOVED - FOR SCARING A LOAN FEMALE DRIVER, AND IT WAS NOT A FIRST OFFENCE FOR HIM. - THEY HAVE TO LEARN THAT STANDARD OF DRIVING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
