Okay i know most girls would say definately no to this question, but it had me wondering, because theres this girl i like, shes my friend, but shes already hooked up with this guy who is so full of himself, I mean like everytime any other girl asks him 'how are you' he'd be like 'im sexy thanks' etc, always praising himself. I was like thinking why would anyone wanna go out with someone thats so up themself, but my question is, is that like an 'attractive' quality from a girls point of view? I know that girls like confidence in a guy, but this guy is overconfident. What you ppl think?

Maybe she liked other qualities about him. But still...that kind of guy is super annoying! Just give it time, they'll probably break up sooner or later. There's only so much a girl can take lol. He's way too over confident, for now it might be fine, but in the long run? that's a whole different story. No one likes ppl who are full of themselves. All the best to u bro!

It is attractive that a guy is confident, but that self-praise would wear most people down after a while. Maybe this girl likes being around that guy because he attracts attention, and if she is in the picture by his side then she is receiving indirect attention. I know of someone so in love with themself that it is nauseating, and I have to see this person at work, and yes it has worn me way way down that I'm practically underground.

I think if a guy got the quality he claims to have, he shouldn't be ashamed to say it. That is acutally the confidence. If the guy is not worthy of the quality, then it is just annoying.

I hate it when a guy brags and has ego the size of the titantic. I prefer a more humble guy with his actions speaking louder than his words.

is he trying to be humourous or what? the "im-sexy-thanks" thing just doesn't work for me, instead it makes me sick. No i hate guys that are TOO overconfident.... is that called vanity...?
