a. Crush
Well, first of all, it could signify that the girl/girls who threw the paper have a crush, if you may, on you. Don't you think that that's quite 'cool' as to know that people actually like your physical appearance? If i were you, I wouldn't exactly take that thing seriously. Maybe, you can just play along with them! :D
b. Joke --> Likes you?
Maybe that girl was and just liked to tease you OR was told to by another person to throw the paper airplane, but remember, it was covered with hearts. So once again, it may as well show that she or the other person could like you...
c. Wrong!
Possibly but with a slighter chance of happening, a boy threw it at you while you weren't looking, and when you turned around, you saw the girl. And now, maybe you are just 'accusing' the girl of throwing the paper plane at you.
Anyway, how old are you and the girl? If it really bothers you to the point that her teasing actually affects your social life or your grades, you could just talk to her and tell her to stop. If she still wouldn't want to
a. Simply ignore her and she'd most probably get bored and stop.
OR
b. Tease her back by telling her that she has a crush on you. And if she does admit it, well everything else is up to you...
