Arabic text is write without kesra,damma,fetha etc.these are the vowels.Only in Holy Quran appear these diacritics.I wanna know how to read arabic....I know but only with diacritics.plsss help!!

the same way you can read English (you know, English spelling is even crazier than Arabic's), learn the spelling of every word. The ambiguities are very few, really.

IT TOOK ME 6 YEARS TO GRADUATE FROM ARABIC LITERATURE SECTION IN UNIVERSITY ( IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 4 YEARS) AND STILL I CANT READ WITHOUT THOSE KESRAS AND DAMMAS .

I THINK YOU HAVE TO BE A BORN ARAB TO DO SO

The only way is experience. Even in the English language, you have words like "care", people from some countries would read it as "ca-rey", "beat" is read as "beet" and "bet" depending on the tense, etc.

Read, talk, learn.

am afraid that the only way to solve this is through practice.
you'll be able to construct meanings from whole sentences rather than individual words. start with arabic newspapers. since it will be easier to identify the type of subject its refering too.
