Why does my feet and palm feel like they are on fire even though my rest of the body feels normal?

This is driving me crazy! It could be freezing cold outside but yet, my palms and feet feel like they are Boiling HOT. There are also times, when they are freezing cold when it is hot outside. My body changes temperatures time to time. There are days when I cant sleep at night because my feet are boiling as hell along with my palms. This doesn't happen everyday, but happens quite often

It's all about how your blood circulation works. Poor blood circulation allows delayed blood flow to the extremities because they're farthest away from the heart. That's why the warmth that the blood flow carries with it comes a bit later.
Poor blood circulation (cold/warm hands and feet) are common to smokers.
