Caffeine. Bright room. Study partner who actually works. Get a swivel chair and rock while you study to keep yourself moving. Take breaks (study 45 minutes, then take 15 minutes off). Sit upright in your chair. Get enough sleep at night. Eat regular meals and eat enough but not too much.

you can try some yogic exercises which will help u in concentration, as yoga improves it a lot {2} is u can take a dose of caffine and study or {3} way is to study one answer at a time and take a break after each one by listening to ur fav music or do activity like exercise and playing and then get back to studies,
to make studies interesting take references from internet there a lot more knowledge outside our textbooks then get back to studying.

Sleep for atleast 8 hrs in the night, say from 10 p.m. and 6 or 6.30 a.m. If this is continued every night, you will see improvement in your condition. Never sleep in afternoons. During day time when exams are being held, eat a light breakfast, lunch and dinner. Avoid potatoes altogether till the exam ends.

that means you are not enjoying what u are doing, doing what u like makes u to remember well & for a long time prepare some pictures conserned with subject & study reading or feed to your system and then read do some changes to recreate yoursel & you will be alright

you should drink lots of glass of water while sleepy. take some interesting topics in studies if u r tried. take some break in between study. take proper meal. do not eat much more. and take nutritious diet. u will feel better.
