Mine was that i should not go after the prettiest girls to date, as all the boys would be chasing her too, but to go after a girls that i found sweet and attractive and that only a few other boys would.

I don't have a big sister to give me any advice but advices like your sister's wouldn't work for me. Prettiest girls are always my number one target. And trust me, once you have many of those prettiest girls around you, you wouldn't care about the boys that are after them.
