i don't have very good hand/foot/eye cordination, so i'm prone to losing my balance if i'm not focused on walking. can i use hand weights and not end up in the emergency room? how?

Get the wrist band weights so you don't have to worry about coordination.

Get the kind that strap to your hands. Start off with very light weights that won't throw your balance and a slower speed at first. You'll get the hang of it.

If you just want to make it a little more challenging. Just put on a backpack with some kind of weight.
