Ok here's some: (although I think no cell phone use is the way to go.)

Cell phone use banning could mean emergency calls would be barred.

It is a right to be able to communicate and hand free phones are the way to do it.

If phones are barred will talking and driving be barred, too? Or listening to the radio, if the excuse is a lack of concentration?

If your child calls you when you are driving, are you prohibited from talking to your own kids?

People pulling over to use the phone will cause traffic problems and may pose dangers to other drivers. (I'm stretching here...)

Well, good luck with this one. It's a tough side to support

Numerous studies have proven that using a cell phone while driving is about equivalent to driving with a blood alcohol level of about twice the legal limit. Using a hands-free device does not reduce the risk as the driver is still distracted from the primary task at hand.

Hey, I'd help you but I'm not quite sure what you are debating...are you for prohibiting drivers from using them, or are you for letting them use them? There is more evidence towards not letting people drive with them....I hope you are not on the side letting them...that's going to be an up hill battle...lol...
