and clicked again and it was gone i tried to reverse what i have done and i cant remember i tried to right click bottom thing and it dont work helpppppppp!!!!! i am losing my mind

is it still seen near the bottom? if you can see a bit of it then click and drag it up.
have you tried restarting the system? that might work.

You probably shrunk it - click on the little bar at the bottom and drag it back up. Or maybe you shrunk it and moved it somewhere, the bar may be on any side of the screen, so pull it back out, then drag the whole thing back to bottom.

you may have checked "auto hide task bar", if you take your mosue at the bottom, the task bar will reappear, then right click on it and select properties. Uncheck "auto hide task bar" press apply, press ok.

take your cursor to the bottom of your screen till it splits. then drag it up!
