A person cannot change the colour of his inherited skin. At the most, he can make the skin glow and make it look attractive. Most of good beauty parlour can do that but not in two weeks , may be in two months.

Not really - it would exfoliate your skin, so if you're tanned, it would speed the cell turnover - but use it gently or you'll irritate your skin. Just stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen and protective clothing.
