Definitely night, 8PM is ideal, but anytime around there is good too.
Night was made to rest.
When you sleep during the day your body goes out of wack and you feel sluggish.

It has been found that your body repairs itself during the first hour or 2 of sleep when you have a normal sleep pattern. That is why when you fall out of your routine and stay up late and miss those first couple of hours of sleep you feel so fatigued the next day even though you may have slept in to try and make up for going to bed late.
It is important to your health to establish a normal bed time routine.

Personally, I suggest at night from p.m. onwards to about a.m. would be good. Also preferably far away from noisy neighbours in some quiet beach resort
