as i said i weight 56, im not huge or anything but im not thin, i dont want to be stick thin im not stupid, i just want to lose 5 kilos so that i can be comfortable with my body and not feel fat. please give me some tips on how too lose weight quick and how too keep motivated. thank you all so much for even taking the time too read this. please dont message back saying that i dont need too lose weight. because i do:) thank you. the top half of my body is short where as my legs are long so i put alot of weight onto my stomach
