as i said i weight 56, im not huge or anything but im not thin, i dont want to be stick thin im not stupid, i just want to lose 5 kilos so that i can be comfortable with my body and not feel fat. please give me some tips on how too lose weight quick and how too keep motivated. thank you all so much for even taking the time too read this. please dont message back saying that i dont need too lose weight. because i do:) thank you. the top half of my body is short where as my legs are long so i put alot of weight onto my stomach

-Take up exercises like yoga, jogging, cycling and swimming

-Cut oily, sweet and unhealthy food or drinks

-If you crave for snacks, eat raisins or fruits instead

yep you are a little short for your weight factor, my sister is the same so yep we know where your coming from.
well she went on the tony fergusson diet ( from Chemist) or find him on the net she is now a size 8 and looks great and not expensive................ good luck

its not so healthy to be going on a diet at 16 when your body is syill developing. best thing for you is exercise. play handball - that will trim you up fairly lively.
