this is what I plan to say: hi, (girls name), how you been? (she answers). Hey are you free anytime this week? (hopefully she says yes and tells me a day). You wanna go see a movie? (I let her pick the movie). These are all the theaters we can go to which one do you wanna go to? (she answers).

And the next day I give her the show times and everything else.

So is this the right stuff to say?

It sounds great. Just be careful it's a lot harder when someone can talk back to you. It will be fine just make sure that the girl is kind of into you.

Its cool you have it all planned out and stuff but the one thing that might be your problem is you hop right into a commitment to do something.

If she doesnt know your name yet, she'll still be digesting that by the time you hit her with the scheduleling question..

I suggest.. Hi i'm (me)
She says her name, if you know it already do this: look it up on the internet and find out what it means. Dont get too detailed about it though cause she'll spot the setup..

But the gyst here is, you get her name and figure out a way to compliment her on it. If its a basic name like Sarah then you're kind of stuck. But if its exotic say, oh thats a pretty name. If the name thing fails, make sure you remember what it is though. Most people forget immediately after someone tells them what their name is.

Find something else to compliment her on or make a little talk about something first. If you go to school together, ask to sit with her for lunch. Its extremely non-threatening and she doesnt need to seek parental approval to do it. Plus you know that she'll be available for lunch at some point so you can weed out the schedule question until later.

The key is, ask open ended questions. That means questions that you cannot answer with a yes or no to get her to talk to you. You want her to tell you all about herself while you listen.

Start small. Dont hop out with the whole movie comittement right away. Do two or 3 little things first, lunch or walk her home or something that only takes 30 mins to 1 hour. She's more likely to accept.

Dont overplan everything to say either, its cool just ask her things like, what do you like to do when youre not at school? Whats your favorite food? How long have you lived in this city? All of those questions require she explain a little to you and they arent as direct.. yet.

Short answer- not really.
Longer explanation follows:
This is a very stilted conversation you are hoping for, I should hope you two are friendlier than that since you want to date her! Plus, conversations aren't that logical/ methodical.
Here's what I would do if I were you:
Hey (girls name)! (pleasantries follow, how are you, was'nt that test hard, etc.). NEXT- So have you heard anything about (insert movie title you think you'd both enjoy)? Now, depending on her answer there are three possible responses-
If she says "yeah I heard it sucked" (or something to that effect)- say something like: Well I had been trying to decide between that and (name another movie you were thinking of seeing), so I guess I've got my answer. Listen, would you like to join me when I go see (name chosen movie) this week/
If she says "oh that looks so great!" (or something like it)- go with something like "See i was thinking so too! Maybe we could catch a matinee of it on Sat (or another day you have free)?
If she says "oh I already saw that and it was..." (answer doesn't matter beyond that) say something like : "Well I was hoping we could catch it together, but since you beat me to it, how would you like to go see (name different movie) with me instead? Maybe on sat (or other day)?

you don't need to give her showtimes the next day. just set up a general time to catch dinner and a movie, if its gonna be sat night, meet up at like 6 or 7 then go from there.
just be natural!
