NO ... this is not possible !!! Why? Because the "immortality of the soul" is not a plausible teaching found in the Holy Bible. The word "soul" is rendered in the original Hebrew text of the Old Testament, from the word "nephesh" - this means in English, a "body" - a mortal body - in reference to either, animals or humans. The "immortality of the soul" doctrine is an old Egyptian tale, conjured up to hold sway over the masses, through fear. This was later, adopted by the Greeks in their rise to power and was used in a similar manner, to control the people with fear religion. In the Book of Revelation Chapter 20, verse 4 - you will find "souls" with no heads attached. According to to a lot of common teachings, the "soul" is supposed to be immortal - then, how could you cut off a head of a "immortal soul" ? This is why animals do not go to "heaven" - since animals have "immortal souls" (according to modern religion), they should too be in heaven. Of course; since the soul is the body it is subject to physical death. (see: Leviticus chapter 7, verse 20 - here, a soul eats physical food !)

I don't know if it's possible, but it is a pretty intriguing idea. Not that I would ever try it.
There has been alot of things said about this. Alot of people used to say that Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin sold his soul, or that legendary blues-man Robert Johnson went down to the crossroads and sold his soul to play guitar. It's a wierd thought, but I'd like to think that maybe there would be some way for that person to win back his soul, like in a fiddle contest or somethin'

It is myth, like most of religion. So many people believe in a god and a devil that it seems like it must be true. Fantastic claims are more exciting to believe in than ordinary claims. Look for evidence if you want reality in your life.

Yes. You are to sign a waiver. It just states that Satan won't be held responsible for any limb disfiguring or any "accidental" impaling - should such an incident occur to you or your person.
