photoshop is copyrighted and under licence so you can't get it for free, but you may be interested in "Gimp for windows", a photoshop like created for linux users and converted to windows. And it's 100% free with many plugins.

Download Photoshop from Adobe.com.This will be a trial version.You can enter the serial key to unlock full version.Get the serial key from www.seriall.com

go under programs and type photo shop.
i recommend the 7.0 version its easy and for beginners
if you have a fast connection highly recommend it this way, it comes with a serial number. just care full not to download small files, which usually are viruses.
Get the photoshop 7.0, with the file size of 160.8MB and u should be good!!
