you need the oven to melt the cheese and cook the veggies. even the veggies can be fried with oil and then added on top of the sauce. (i make my sauce with tomatoes, garlic, oregano powder. ) to melt the cheese, i once tried placing the pizza base on the dosa tava, on low flame and covering up the pizza on top. (like when making omelets) Tho' the cheese melted and tasted good, the base of the pizza dough was burnt. maybe if you can keep the dough on top of something and then try it, maybe you will get it better than i did!
Good Luck :)

If you do not have an oven, you could place your uncooked pizza on an oiled non-sticky pan on the stove on low heat. Your pizza is ready after about 20 minutes or when the dough is well-browned.

I don't think you can cook pizza on a stove. Maybe invest in a toaster oven or one of those pizza cookers. You should be able to find one fairly cheap locally or try looking online. Sorry I wasn't very helpful, but that's all I got.

If you have a grill pan, you can follow any recipe for a grilled pizza. Another option is using a dutch oven with a rack to bake on the stove top.

Meow has given a very good answer.
To save the base from getting burnt u can grease it with little oil.
U can also replace tawa with a pressure cooker since they have a thicker base . Just cover the cooker with lid. We dont want any pressure to be built inside it :)
Else, u can put the base in a pan & place the pan on a tawa. This is like cooking on dum (i.e., very low flame, the way biryani is cooked)

You can "grill" it on the stovetop using a griddle pan. You might need to put a lid on it to get the toppings melted, they probably won't be browned like in the oven. Use a thin crust so the heat makes it up to the toppings.

Use a fry pan with a lid.. prepare your pizza base and fry it like a pancake, then place your ingredients on the top of the pizza base, cover it with a lid and fry it on low heat, until it is done...
Bon appetite
