Western World: When will you stop going on guilty trip and state clearly that Palestinians have no case?
Palestinians: When will you throw your begging bowl away and try to earn a honest living?

1.World is ruled by powerful and weak had to lump it. It is true since ancient times.
2.The State of Israel was created in 1948 on what is called Palestinian lands.
The area was semi desert where land was valued at less than 100 dollars an acre.
The number of people evicted run into few tens of thousands and land taken for creation of Israel is valued at less than 100 million dollors. Aids and grants given by western world to Palestinian authority till date runs in to Billions of Dollars.
3.Take the case of Turkey. It has taken over large tracts of Greek lands through
Military conquests.
4.Huge tracts of lands and properties of Hindus are usurped in Pakistan and Bangladesh and it is ongoing even today. In 1947 India was partitioned into India and Pakistan. Hindus made 37% of population of Newly born Pakistan. At present
Hindus account for less than 1% of Pakistani population and 7% of Bangladesh population whereas in 1947 Muslims constituted 4% of Indian population now it is more than 14%
5.Germany lost Silesia to France after 2nd world war.We do not see any German going around claiming refugee status.So is the case with Hindus,Greeks and Others who have lost lands and properties to Muslims.
Please state when will Muslims stop their Hypocrisy and face Reality that you have no case in Palestine.

As for your looking at the matter of how much is the land or how few were displaced simply show that you are a real estate agent not more.

I can see that you have faulted on almost all the 'facts' and 'data' supplied by you. These are evident by the respondents disputing them here.

As the adage goes: 'Half knowledge is too dangerous' that is what one can conclude from reading this question.

I am really surprised with the 'facts' and wordings of the sentence like "Huge tracts of lands and properties of Hindus are usurped in Pakistan and Bangladesh and it is ongoing even today". It seems that the law of the land is not working in Pakistan and Bangladesh and it is only India where there is no such disputes and the Indian Hindus are always the 'victims' at the hands of Muslims, and also that there is no Hindu legal attorneys (lawyers) to file cases against such land grabbers.

The fact is, might-is-right in some rural areas of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh where the local musclemen would grab the lands and properties of weaker people, be that Hindu, Muslim, Christian or Buddhist. The religious element does play a role in every country where the civil and criminal laws are not acted upon strictly. India is not an exception here.

This is really stupid assumption that "Hindus made 37% of population of newly born Pakistan (prior to partition in 1947)" and "whereas in 1947 Muslims constituted 4% of Indian population". What are the source(s) of these statistics?

It seems that the Asker doesn't know how and why in 1947 the Hindus living in Pakistan opted to migrate to India and Muslims living in India opted to migrate Pakistan and Bangladesh.

For arguments sake if we take the premise of the Asker that the "Palestinians have no case", then will it also justify the occupation of Kashmir by India and Pakistan respectively are final and that Kashmiris have no case too?

Who knows, if India is disintegrated like the Soviet Union (may be not through bloodbath) the Kashmir and such smaller states which were forcibly occupied by India may declare their own independence like Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and such small states which were independent countries before the Soviet's takeover?

I have seen that the Indians, Hindus in particular, have started flexing their religious muscles when the Muslims have been targeted after the 9/11, Madrid and 7/7 unfortunate incidents.

Please promote your own religion and there is no harm in it, but not at the cost of undermining other religion, particularly Islam, just to enlist support (whatever you can gather) in this troubled water.

Next time hopefully you may do more homework and set your records straight. Also please do not try to spread hatreds among believers of 'book' (The holy Qur’an, Bible and Torah).

This may be news for you that Islam, Christian and Jews have many common historical and religious similarities. But again look at any religion, factional infighting is always there and this may not be construed as 'cut-throat' division among them.

PS. Please take note that worshipping of idol (image of a deity etc.) is banned in above mentioned three leading religions. So, chances are slim that you will be taken into their fold easily by trying to please Anti-Muslims of present day world.

When I read #5 of your points I definitely know (since I am a German) that you mixed up your facts, to put it mildly (Germany lost Silesia and other territories not to France but to Poland). And I can assure you that we have large groups in Germany claiming the status of "displaced" ("Vertriebene") still today, even though they were compensated by the government and are integrated now.

I assume that you misrepresented the facts in the other statements as well.

Please note that driving out people of their land is a severe crime, committed throughout all history. After a generation or more, however, it is virtually impossible to restore the status quo ante without creating even more injustice. That's why these cases are such a challenge to politics. Anyone who thinks it's easy is deluding himself.

For good reason or bad, unity (physical) wins physically, this is nature's rule. The winners know this rule very well, others don't. Therefore the loosers should verify what is United Nations' outer and inner reality. If it's purpose is not Godly and divine in favour of justice, than they should form other real union for justice and strengthen. They should know, what do U.N.O. and summit commit and vomit? They can't wait for winners to stop. India didn't wait for British to stop. Now the situation is same but globally. A genuine global union should pass a resolution about population globally. "Vishwa Paramaatmaa Parivaar Dharma" must be an union, by it's meaning, not by wordily heading, which is, "world of genuine justice's family for aim of justice".
"Vishwa": The world.
"Paramaatmaa": The divine (Godly) justice.
"Parivaar": Family.
"Dharma" Aim, commitment and genuine heartily effort.
