For a perfect White Russian use full fat milk, cream makes it too sickly and 1/2 fat makes it too weak.

No you don't put it in the blender. You add
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Light Cream or Milk

pour them in the glass, stir with a spoon. Add ice if you like them extra cold. And viola your perfect white russian.

Instead of regular milk or cream, I suggest using chocolate milk!! It looks more brown than white but you can't beat the taste!!

Defiantly with cream, you want a good vodka, your supposed to use Kahlua, but Tia Maria is just as good.

You CAN use milk as a substitute if you want, but the idea of the cream is to float it the stir before drinking.

the best is to use light cream...not heavy as regular cream and not poor in flavour as milk.
