What would give him the idea that you would want to do more than watch a movie? Sounds like a guy who is too cheap to take you out and spend some $. Shouldn't you be going out and having fun? Just tell him you want to do something more exciting.

I wouldn't worry. As long as you really trust him. Like he is not a rapist or anything. He "may" try something, but a little brush off, and he will get the idea. But he may be nervous around you after that, cause he will be embarrassed, that is when you gotta be the bigger person, make him feel better, boost his ego, and he will feel comfortable around you again, and he will surely be more careful next time.

he wants you go come over and do a little more than chill. my friends and i used to refer to sex as "watching movies", but for real though, you can go over there but don't be surprised if he makes a move to do a little more than watch a movie. have fun!

Tell him that your sorry and you won't be able to make it. Then suggest something fun active and outdoors in the daytime so you can get to know each other better and see if there is something more than chemicals between you.

Go to the Theater instead.
