The best way is to practise, a lot. English is a very difficult language. It's got a little bit of everything, and every grammar rule has a dozen exceptions.
Read as much as you can. It looks like you already can understand basic writing. Keep going to English websites, try to get your hands on some English books. Rent movies in English and try to find English speakers to talk to.

try to listen to english radio stations and repeat, record and write out english when you can. practice with different people.
