My boyfriend has been really upset lately that he hasn't been able to get me to orgasm in bed. I tried to explain to him that I have to much going on in my head and can't focus in on the sex but that I still really enjoy it and he doesn't understand he keeps saying "well how can you have that much stuff in your head that you can't clear it out for a while" and things like that I'm really happy he cares enough about me to where this bothers him but at the same time I want him to realize that he isn't doing anything wrong! how can I do this?

Not an easy question to answer without offending you....can you orgasm when you are alone and does he know that you can?
If you are bothered about his feelings and am guessing you are then perhaps a session a week where you both concentrate on your orgasm rather than anything else but use new techniques like role-play etc to get you in the mood first would be a good idea.
(Sounds like you are under a bit of stress and by bringing it into the bedroom and not leaving it outside you are damaging your relationship.
I spent too long with a partner previously who was all neuroses and thought far too much about her family, and other stuff which had nothing to do with us getting it on.
In the end after we split and I began having fantastic sex again with other girls I realised we were just not meant to have been together.)

Sex is very simple when you are equally attracted to the other person so blocking out the nonsense in your head when you are getting it on should be easier than lame conversations with your boyfriend about how it aint his fault etc.
Hope you manage somehow to sort it out.
Good luck.

So, enable me get this promptly. you have 4 babies, a Husband, and a Boyfriend. and you desire to teach on your Boyfriend which you're organic, top? You by no potential had intercourse with your Husband and the being pregnant's got here approximately spontaneously. is this your best option so a ways?? nicely while you're married and you have a boyfriend, you're no longer organic, in spite of in case you probably did no longer do an element with your BF. You broke your marriage vowels. and of course i comprehend this may well be a humorous tale question... :-)

you cant do anything about his feeling that it's his fault. the only thing you can do is to clear your mind for a short while and FOCUS ON THE SEX! how would you like your boyfriend to think of something else while making live to you? I'm quite sure you dint want that.

another option ( a very bad one, though) is to fake an orgasm - but don't do that. for your sake.

You better clear your head and concentrate on your life when it comes to your boyfriend. In such matters, ultimately a partner can start loosing interest if he finds that you are too preoccupied and not giving him your 100%. This has ruined marriages and you two are not even married! Don't take your boyfriend for granted!

It sound like he's pretty immature. If he can't understand that life happens then you may need to reevaluate the relationship. I'm not telling you to break up with him but if this is what goes on in the bedroom I wonder what happens outside.

I don't think his ego will let you. By that I mean, he doesn't want to know that it is actually the woman who is in control of her orgasms and not the man. You are abosolutely right when you say it is you...but as a man his ego won't let his brain compute that fact. It's not "macho" for a man to think that a woman is in control of her ogasms...in his eyes either way he is going to come out the looser...
