I'm not a witch doctor but try cutting down on the dairy products. Also if you have pets make sure they aren't in your sleeping area. check your pillows alot of people are allergic to feather pillows. the allergen could be something as simple as your detergent.

You have to know what you are allergic to. I'm allergic to dust, pollen, kicked up dirt, fragrances in: shampoo, perfume/cologne, soap, candles, flowers, and a bunch of other stuff. I have allergies most of the year and there's not really anything that can be done about it. I try different meds and they sometimes work but usually I have to deal with it just because there's so many different things that I'm allergic to. You might have the same problem, and if so...I'm sorry, that really sucks.

your nose may be blocked from pollution, dust, pollen, or other irritants. saline nose sprays (over the counter) can help, but i suggest the age old remedy: a neti pot. it is a simple nasal irrigation technique, used by many people in india over thousands of years. it is an ayeurvedic technique: one of the 6 ways people can cleanse their bodies prior to yoga. cleaning the "filter" of your nose regularly can make it work more efficiently.
you can purchase these online, or at natural stores such as whole foods.
