You do not give much information on what are the kind of people who will listen to your speach but I would suggest that you talk about a subject you know well; otherwise what you say might turn into ridicule. You could perhaps speak about one of your positive experiences that brought you knowledge and wisdom and it would be of use to someone as a lesson without being a sermon. LOL.
Humour is always appreciated in speaches. It makes people relaxed and happy, and it will reflect on the feedback you will receive from them.
