i know how you feel. i am 26, and i have a lot on my plate that i been worrying about. you just need to make time for yourself everyday to "de-stress". here are my suggestions:
1) shut off your cellphone, computer, tv, stereo, and just lay down on your bed in the dark. lay there in complete silence, and just breathe DEEPLY. you could light a candle, and just lay there in the soft glow of the candle light, (one with a good scent that eases your mind like lilac, lilly, or lavendar).
2) take a scalding hot bubble bath (as hot of water as you can stand). this will relax your muscles, and cause you to feel sleepy, especially when you get out of the tub and put on warm jammies. use any kind of lotions, bubbles, or bath oil that you like. when you are laying in the tub, just focus on the scents, and feeling better.
3) talk to someone you trust like your parents or an aunt or uncle. talk to someone who will listen to you, whole-heartedly and who you know will keep your secrets and not tell the world. (friends from school arent always the best choice, especially at your age).
talk to someone who will be a good shoulder when you cry, because you may have to do a lot of crying in order to release some of the bad stuff out.
4) ask your parents to get you a therapist, or just go to see your school guidance counselor. anything that you tell a school guidance counselor or a therapist has to (by law) remain confidential with that person, unless of course, you are telling them that you cut yourself or you are suicidal.
5) watch a funny movie before bed. make sure it is a movie that makes you laugh A LOT! laughing will ease your spirits, and hopefully help you to forget your troubles for a while. also, all that laughing will make you tired!
6) drink a couple cups of chamomile tea before bed. the soothing warm liquid will make u feel relaxed.
7) READ before bed. lay in bed with a soft light on the book, but the rest of the room dark. about 45 minutes before you are actually ready to go to sleep, plan to get into bed, and read. reading will take your mind off your troubles, and cause you to focus on the words in the page and the story, so that you don't think about things throughout your day that bothered you. read until your eyelids grow heavy. this is also a good time to plan to study or re-read school materials. this way you will become relaxed, and your brain will process the stuff you just read will you are sleeping so you can remember it the next day better.
i hope my suggestions help you!

So you think things are consistently out of your control? Maybe so, maybe not. I used to be like that when I was young. With a better plan, you build confidence on things you CAN control. Accepting the rest of the things you CANNOT control is the key. With reasoning, convince yourself that there is nothing you can do about things you cannot control. Sure it seems so trivial but you need to truly understand what it means. I used to do this: I think of another stressful moment 1 yr ago, say right before a big test. Now analyse this: does it have any effect on me now, after one whole year? Does it even matter anymore, getting an A or C? Probably not. Now think about this: this time, since I won't give a darn about it in a year, why am I worried now? It worked everytime until now I am so used to be not worried about anything, I am almost too relaxed at times, LOL.
