Don't do breakfast. For the uninitiated Alpen is supposed to be Muesli - it even has (or had) a picture of the Swiss Matterhorn on the packet. It has, however little resemblance to Swiss muesli, which is tolerable when mixed with cream or yogurt and fresh fruit.
