Is it safe to eat Washington DC snow?

I heard the snow that comes in Washington DC is dirty and smoggy, and that even though it LOOKS clean, we shouldn't eat it. That true?

no you can't. in present day conditions you can't any snow in found naturally urban places and in places within a particular radius of these urban centres.

If you put some in a clear glass and let it dissolve you will never eat snow again. Is Washington Snow worse than any where else? Yes due to excessive amounts of politicians.
