i have two male cats they r brothers but only one does it why

We had a cat that did this and my mum has one too. The only thing my mum came up with (She is a devoted cat mother of 8) is that her cat and mine may of been taking away from their mother to soon. My mum's cat was found abandoned at a about 5 weeks old and my late cat was also taking away from its mum at 6 weeks as the owner needed to get rid of the litter due to her been ill. The reason for the suckling in my family's point of view was that it was still suckling on it's mother and still has that instinct to do it. If this is not the answer then it must be that the little kitty loves you very much and this is her way of showing you.

That one just loves the taste of the salt on your skin. It's very common with cats for them to nibble or lick your skin. It's also a sign of affection. Just be happy that the cat likes you. I'm sure the other one does too, but he just has other ways of showing it. When you have two cats one is always going to be the more dominant of the two, even if they are siblings.

He is just being playful and interacting with you....it's kind of like when someone's flirting and "hits" or "kicks" the one they're flirting with. The nibbling cat may be more people oriented or he may just have different manners than his brother.

My cat has been feral for 11 years and we moved to a new state and it was a long drive between homes. Since arriving to our new home Lilly is no longer feral and likes to clean my finger nails and give me love bites. I see it as a show of effection. I love it since I couldn t touch her all those years. Touch her...I hardly ever saw her!, I love her renewed spirit. Enjoy these love bites because they are showing you their love & appreciation.

It loves you. My cat always does that. But sometimes, I don't wash my hands properly and then my cat smells my hand and starts licking it.

your kitty loves you and has a fetish for your fingers my kitty has a foot fetish she loves being stroked however if we use our feet she goes into a state of kitty Utopia lol x
