Since your weight usually fluctuates through out the day, on account of eating, water retention and loss there's probably no good time to weigh yourself.
Best idea is to weigh yourself around the same time each day.
And remember to keep the scale on a flat, even surface.

It really doesn't matter what time of day. What matters is that you weigh yourself around the same time of day. And really isn't important to weigh yourself every day. Once a week is enough.

It is best to weigh yourself in the morning -- right after going to the bathroom and before eating and drinking anything. In this way, you allow your body to metabolize whatever you ate for dinner the previous night. To get the best read-out, I also recommend that you purchase a digital scale -- preferably one that measures body fat percentage, too.

If you're tracking your weight, do it consistently, same time per day.

You'll be the lowest weight in the morning after you use the bathroom, as you will be dehydrated and will have removed the weight of the wastes in your bladder.

When you wake up in the morning, after going to the loo. You have no extras at that time (food, etc), so you see the real weight.
