No. If you want to migrate to a different country, you must be beneficial to that country, loving it alone is not enough. Sometimes, love is not enough, LOL.

If you have a skill that is in short supply and high demand e.g a health profession, it would be easy for you to migrate just about anywhere on earth.

If you have loads of cash to invest in a country or start a business employing a lot of citizens/residents, you might be offered permission to settle permanently in the country e.g if you have US$ 1 million to invest in the US, you could get a green card that way. However, you'll have to prove that it is legal money you own. You'll have to prove that you are an investor and that you have consistently produced investment results using your own money that has given you high profits/return on investments, so the case officers know you are not faking it. You must also have a high net worth.

If you have a skill shortage, are very wealthy or marry an American, it is going to be very easy to settle in USA. Otherwise, it's going to be very tough for you.

Only appreciating the country, no country will give permission to settle there. You should have solid reasons even to visit that country on tourist visa. You can visit that country which you like by only illegal way. you have to pay huge amount for that. You should have proper links at proper place at appropriate time.

No. Simply stating that you would like to live in the US, to use your example is simply insufficient to remain in this country. If that were the case the US population would be closer to the population of India.

It would be the same for me if I wanted to immigrate to the UK stating that I just want to move there. I would have to go through their immigration process.

You will need to go through the immigration process and see if you are successful.
