You always read or see exercises to reduce most every other
part of the body. I am wondering if these can be made smaller as well.

Absolutely. When you lose weight, the fat in your face and feet will also diminish. The face may be the first place you really notice a difference when you start losing weight.

U cannot choose the area of the body for reduction.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless diabetic. Take only water in between the meals. Take daily light exercises and brisk walks. Chew each morsel of food at least 32 times so that the brain is able to get the information and signal that u have had enough. This will enable u reduce/gain weight gracefully and effortlessly to the desirable level.

Well its probably impossible because the foot has alot of bones that are delicate and if messed with you wouldnt walk right and your spin would probably dis aline, your face wound need extencive surgery and would take years and somethimes most thisg wont heal right.

Exercice would probably reduce the fat but probably not the inital size.
