i dont think its a good idea for you to take it out. your dentist should be the only one who will do that coz they experience and knowleagable when it comes to that. thats why they spealized on that field though. one more thing to consider of not doing that is that you may not be aware of the risks your taking if you do it yourself such as infections and stuff like that. please seek a dental professional regarding your matter. as of now there is no way that you can pull out your tooth on your own unless your the dentist. coz if you do it yourself though you may pull that out , you may not know that theres probably a part of the tooth that left in there like a root fragment which can still cause you pain. please seek a dentist asap

loads of people have ideas about attatching string to your tooth and to something else, but it's hard to bring yourself to slam the door/ drop the brick/ whatever. get someone else to punch you in the mouth.

get a string put it around your teeth and tie it to a door and close the door it will come out
