my height is now 163cm how to grow up tp 175cm

you did not mention your age. there is chance to grow if you are below 18 years. contact a good endocrinologist to rule out you have any thyroid problem. in some cases, due to genetic disposition, children be short.

If you're still young you may not be finished growing yet. However, height is usually hereditary. If your parents and other family members are short there's a good chance you'll be short too. (By the way how tall is 163 cm in feet?)

either buy higher shoes with a heel, there are some out there that can elevate you about 10cm, to hide that you are wearing platform shoes get some long jeans/pants that will cover the shoes.. or you can buy some insoles for your current shoes, you can buy them from the chemist they can up your height depending on the thickness..
Unfortunately once you have reached 21 you no longer grow height..

Just a final note, you should be happy with your height.. I myself am short as are my children and my daughters moto is tall people are like weeds...annoying and obnoxious.. they are vertically impaired ...LOL

175 minus 163 = 12 cms... Get 12 cms high heeled shoes !
